Damaged or Missing Items


Damaged, Defective or Missing Items.

IMPORTANT: Inspect all items immediately upon receipt.


Even if you are having the item installed professionally at a later date, inspect all item(s) upon receipt.


All items leave here in brand new, perfect condition. If they arrive in anything less than perfect condition, Mopar Part World must be notified within 24 hours and before the items are installed and/or are given to a 3rd party for installation.


If item is damaged, defective, or missing components please notify Mopar Part World within 24 hours of recieving them. If you can provide photos of the damaged or defective item, please attach them in an email and specify whether you would like a replacement or refund.


Once damaged or defective items are received at Mopar Part World's shipping department, we will promptly ship the replacement item(s) to you via the original shipping method or refund for the item as instructed in your email. Mopar Part World cannot ship a replacement item(s) until the returned item(s) are received at Mopar Part World.


Damaged items MUST be packaged to avoid further damage. If an item is damaged in transit to us, due to poor packaging, we won't be able to offer a refund or ship a replacement item.


Missing Items During Shipping:

If UPS has lost or you claim you did not receive an item we will replace it free of charge after UPS has investigated this claim and credit, to Mopar Part World, has been recieved from UPS.


Mopar Part World will not refund any money for lost items and the replacement items cannot be refused or returned for credit. This policy is in place to protect Mopar Part World from mail fraud which is a punishable crime by law.
